Iris has many friends in many places all over the world. The Iris family is extensive and once a year they meet in Cardiff to celebrate and experience the best of the best in LGBT cinema and present some important awards - including the world’s largest prize for a short film valued at £25,000!
It would be nice to think that all of this happens by magic, with the wave of the Iris wand or a sprinkle of Iris dust. However, as with most things in life something as big as the Iris Prize Festival needs a lot of attention. The people involved including the staff, patrons and friends are all committed and enthusiastic individuals and you can discover a little more about them by following the links on this page.
