Open Discussion: What Makes a Gay Film Gay?

3pm | Open Discussion
4pm | Drinks Reception

Berwyn Rowlands, founder and Director of the Iris Prize Festival, the world’s largest LGBT short film prize, asks the question “What makes a gay film gay?” Please join the discussion as we ponder many issues including: Should all coming out stories be banished in 2018? Should LGBTQ+ film be the exclusive domain of the young and beautiful or has old age been invented?
The conversation will continue with a drinks reception in the bar!
